Note: The results from Google Analytics for TZBexpo define unique user approaches as only one visitor for the entire duration of the event, ie. we do not count repeated approaches. Mon 4. 3. 2021 until 7. 3. 2021, the attendance of your expositions was in the order of lower hundreds of daily users, so we don´t include this interval in the total. Time interval from 15. to 22. 2. 2021 - a week before the e-trade fair, is a response to your distributed invitations to visit your expositions with the possibility of adding the invitation in your clients´ Google or Outlook calendars.

We would like to emphasize, with regard to future projects, that we were unpleasantly surprised by the high number of visits before the actual launch of the e-trade fair with minimum returns by the time of the event (see info on the uniqueness of visitors) to your expositions. We consider this result of users' behavior in the online space to be our mistake, and in the future we would recommend advising the event on the opening day up to 1 day before.

 Note: The results only define unique user approaches. At the same time, however, they initiate an attempted connection as a video call, which did not actually have to take place due to the occupancy of the "video room" on the part of the exhibitor or its not responding to an incoming call. 15 companies actively used video calling and 35 companies used chat.

  1. email from the organiser 35% 

  2. the other source 28% (e-invitations from exhibitors or on the basis of classic advertising such as newspapers, radio, professional publications, etc.)

  3. online advertisemnet 22% (banners, key words in search web, remarketing, etc. ... targeted primarily on B2C clients)

  4. Facebook, Instagram 15%

Note: The resulting ranking clearly shows the B2B focus of the first annual of the e-trade fair, despite a massive advertising campaign with regard to B2C clients. In the future, it is up to interest of our clients, whether to keep a B2B focus or, after current experience, to adapt the content and form more to B2C clients. But even that will undoubtedly be one of the topics to be discussed during our personal meetings with you.
